One of the things we hope to do is to enable you to "smile often and see what happens." Your smile is the first thing those around you notice, and one of our goals is to help you feel comfortable with your smile.

We do that by making our practice a patient-centered practice. We do everything in our power to keep the focus on you so that you receive the best and most accurate diagnosis possible and to make sure the treatment you receive is the safest and most comprehensive available.

One of the ways we do that is by emphasizing communications. You'll find that you're involved in every step of the diagnosis and planning your treatment, from reviewing your digital x-rays with us on a large-screen computer display, to being given the information you need to completely understand what we recommend as the best way to proceed. You'll find more on patient communications in the technology section of the website.

We also go the extra mile to make sure your visit is the most comfortable it can be. Your visit starts in an office with a breathtaking view of the San Francisco Bay and continues as we provide you with many "personal" touches.

Among the many comforts you'll have a choice of lavender eye pillows, blankets, warm beaded hand mitts, and soft memory neck pillows. You're welcome to view our ceiling mural of the Tuscany region of Italy or don a pair of dark glasses so you can relax in your own private world. And you can choose nitrous oxide to help you relax during treatment if you so desire.
